For instance, Pets at Home, the United Kingdom’s leading pet care business, has successfully created an agent for its profit protection team. This innovation has led to more efficient case compilation for human review, potentially resulting in significant annual savings for the company.
McKinsey & Company is also piloting an autonomous agent aimed at expediting client onboarding, with impressive results. Reports indicate that this agent has reduced lead time by an astonishing 90 percent and cut administrative tasks by 30 percent, streamlining operations significantly.
Similarly, Thomson Reuters has developed a professional-grade agent designed to enhance its legal due diligence workflow. Tests conducted indicate that certain tasks can now be completed in half the usual time, showcasing the potential for increased efficiency in legal processes.
